1. Add the Tea Pearls

Place approximately 1.5 teaspoons (3 g) of Dragon Pearls Jasmine Green Tea into your teacup or teapot.

2. Heat the Water

Heat fresh water to around 85°C (185°F). Avoid boiling water, as excessively hot water may affect the delicate flavour of green tea.

Pour 250 ml of hot water over the tea pearls, ensuring they are fully covered.

4. Allow the Tea to Infuse

Leave the tea to steep for 5–8 minutes, depending on your preferred strength and flavour.

5. Strain and Serve

If necessary, strain the tea into your cup. Enjoy its delicate jasmine aroma and refreshing flavour.

6. Enjoy Additional Infusions

You can add fresh hot water to the tea pearls for subsequent infusions. Adjust the steeping time to suit your taste.
